Official Dreaming Tree Commercial Use
- Cost is $19.99 and covers all of our products. You can create and sell up to 1000 items (per product) per calendar year.
- If you plan on using our items in a class environment, please specify when submitting your application.
- Please purchase your license using the link below.
- After purchasing your license, please fill out the form on this page. Be sure to include your order number in your application.
- You will be issued a unique identifier. License is not valid without the unique identifier.
- Your certificate will contain a designated space for your unique identifier. Please print the identifier into this space upon receipt of your approval.
Restrictions and Limitations
- Actual digital SVG and PDF files from Dreaming Tree (3dsvg.com) cannot be sold or distributed in its original digital form or any modified form (including digital embroidery files).
- Commercial use is defined as using the digital design in any physical project, product, artwork, etc. intended for resale.
- You can cut our files out of any medium (paper, vinyl, chipboard etc) and use them on products for sale (pre-made cards, scrapbooks, vinyl projects, party decor).
- The products you create using our cuts can be sold locally (in your city, town, from your cabana) with no restrictions.
- Items can be sold online only if you have your own online website, domain and ecommerce solution.
- Official photos from 3dsvg.com cannot be used to market your products. You must take your own photos.
- Maximum number of items allowed under commercial use is 1,000 per product.
- We DO NOT allow the sale of pre-cut kits for assembly by the customer. All items for sale must be completely assembled.
- Etsy IS allowed!
- Advertising on social media is allowed, but payment must be taken via a safe and secure environment to protect the buyer.
