Included in your purchase is a .ZIP file that contains all of the SVG files necessary to recreate the projects pictured on the product description page. Nothing physical is shipped. Anything made of paper is always included. Keep in mind that we use common craft supplies like buttons, ribbons and bling to embellish our products. These items are not included. When specified, we’ll include digital papers to compliment certain paper projects. We recommend a 12×12 printer when printing our digital papers.

We also include a .PDF file that contains a legend of all of the files included in your purchase. The legend specifies the name of each file as well as the recommended sizing of each file. (Note: the majority of SVG compatible programs will open our files at their correct native size so you don’t have to pay much attention to the sizing information unless of course your software does not open the files at the correct size. With that being said, it's always a best practice to check the size if you are using new software or software that has recenty been updated).

You’ll also receive photos of each completed project to use as a reference!

We offer phone support Monday through Friday from 9:00AM – 6:00PM CST. We do our best to answer all email inquiries within 24 hours during the work week. Phone support is available after hours via appointment! Click here to contact us and let us know what we can do to help!

Extras are simply “extra” elements that we’ve isolated from the actual project for miscellaneous use. These files are NOT needed to create the final product as pictured on our site. It is simply an added value item that you can use in your other paper projects!

We also include solid score line options (for files created after 2018), envelopes and printables in the Extra's folder, where applicable.

As of November 2018, Dreaming Tree products have included Solid Score Line versions of our files in addition to the standard perforated score line versions. In order to use solid score lines, you’ll need a capable machine like the Cricut Maker or the Sizzix eclips2. For more information on using solid score lines with your Cricut, click here to visit the Cricut Help section.

It’s likely that the print setting within Adobe Reader are not set correctly. Check out the video below for a step-by-step guide on correcting this. If you are using a Cricut or Silhouette ensure you are using the included SVG file if doing a Print To Cut.

Some of our projects contain a numbering system to help you lay out your pieces and assemble them in the correct order. Instead of actual numbers (which may be difficult to cut and read correctly as they are typically cut very small) we use a special numbering system. See the diagram below if you need help interpreting the number system. Numbers 1-3 are basically Roman numerals. The number 4 is simply four lines in a box shape.

Typically found in SVG files that contain single (isolated) shapes, these “Sizing Nodes” are used to make the width of a file an (almost) round number. Ex: 2.2″ instead of 2.123445″. Sizing nodes are harmless and can be ignored as they will not impact your cut. These helpful nodes are incorporated into some SVG files to make sizing easy for crafters that use older programs that require manual sizing of our files.
