It’s been almost a full week since the site went live, and boy has it been a whirlwind!
I first have to apologize for those of you that had a hard time getting to the website last week. We did not anticipate the level of traffic the site received and immediately had to upgrade our servers to handle the influx. If you had any issues during this migration, or if the site is telling you that your account doesn’t exist, please contact us so we can make it right! It was a bad first impression for some of you and I don’t want THAT to be how you view Dreaming Tree! So again, please contact us so we can remedy any issues you may have had!
Aside from the minor bump in the road, we’ve had thousands of shoppers already and we couldn’t be more thankful for all of the kind words and encouragement! I want nothing less than for each and every one of you to have the best possible experience with our site and our files, so we’ll do whatever it takes to live up to that!
