<p>If you can be patient with your cutter this one is tons of reward without a lot of technical build.  It's the centerpiece of one of my Halloween displays and has a wonderful effect lit!</p>

This turned out beautiful...so much I ended up making 3 of  them.
Only headache was using spray adhesive to attach the vellum because stupid me forgot to put gloves on to avoid getting the spray all over myself .
