Product reviews for Nativity Lantern (Free SVG)

Love this beautiful lantern; however, when I went to cut the base the scored lines didn't appear and it made it difficult to get a clean base...  I tried 3 times to cut the base as it did show the score lines and still no luck when it cut out the base...

This pattern is so intricate and went together perfectly. The only problem I had was the base cutout is only 2 dotted line squares unlike the one he is putting together in the video to go under the lantern. How can I get the right one?
